Welcome to Bar J Services! By booking a septic pumping appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling our services.

1. Permission to Access Property

By booking our services, you grant Bar J Services and its authorized personnel permission to enter your property for the purpose of inspecting, servicing, and pumping your septic system.

• We require clear access to the septic system and a working space within 30 feet of the septic tank for our service vehicle.

• Any obstacles preventing access (such as vehicles, fences, locked gates, animals, or debris) must be cleared before our arrival.

2. Photography and Video Consent

To ensure quality service and clear communication:

• We may take photographs of your septic system for internal documentation and customer communication purposes.

• We may also take photos or videos for marketing, training, and promotional use. Any such media will not include personal identifying information without additional consent.

3. Tank Accessibility & Uncovering Fee

Customers are responsible for ensuring their septic tank is accessible and uncovered before our arrival.

• If risers or access lids are buried, we will charge a $100 uncovering fee to locate and expose the tank for service.

• If the system is inaccessible upon arrival and cannot be serviced, a trip fee may apply.

4. Cancellation Policy

To help us maintain efficient scheduling and service availability:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• No fee will apply for rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Service Limitations & Customer Responsibilities

• We will perform a standard septic pumping service based on the information provided by the customer.

• If additional work is needed (such as unclogging, repairs, or system diagnostics), it may be subject to additional charges.

• Customers should inform us of any known issues, previous repairs, or special conditions related to their septic system.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing system failures, unreported conditions, or improper maintenance.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Bar J Services is not responsible for any damages to landscaping, driveways, or underground utilities due to normal service procedures.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and stable access to the septic tank area, including notifying us of any fragile surfaces or underground hazards.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Unpaid balances may result in late fees or additional collection efforts.
