Septic System Site Planning
Aerial Imagery
We use high-resolution aerial imagery to create the most precise and easy-to-read site plans possible. This advanced technology allows us to capture every detail of the property, ensuring that our designs are both accurate and comprehensive. By leveraging aerial views, we can better assess land features, optimize system placement, and avoid potential issues that may arise during installation. The result is a clear, detailed plan that guides the installation process and provides our clients with a thorough understanding of the project layout, contributing to smoother, more efficient projects.
CAD Overlay
Our designs are enhanced by overlaying precise CAD drawings onto high-resolution aerial imagery, providing unmatched accuracy and usability. This integration allows us to create detailed, real-world representations of the project site, ensuring that every design element is aligned with the actual landscape. By combining CAD technology with aerial views, we can better visualize system layouts, anticipate potential challenges, and deliver designs that are both highly accurate and easy for our clients and contractors to understand. This approach streamlines the installation process and ensures that every project is executed flawlessly from start to finish.
Site Evaluation
As licensed site evaluators, we conduct thorough site and soil evaluations for every project, ensuring that all necessary data is collected to meet local, county, and state permitting requirements. Our evaluations are comprehensive, assessing critical factors such as soil composition, drainage capacity, and site suitability for septic system installation. Once the evaluation is complete, we provide detailed documentation that is tailored to the specific needs of the permitting authorities. This meticulous process helps avoid delays, ensures regulatory compliance, and paves the way for a smooth installation process.
Permit Applications
We take the hassle out of the permitting process by providing fully completed permit applications, ready for the installer and/or customer signature. Along with the application, we supply all the required documents that need to be submitted, ensuring a seamless and straightforward process. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to obtain the necessary approvals by delivering a complete, organized package that meets all local, county, or state requirements. This allows you to focus on your project while we handle the complexities of the paperwork.
Available Septic System Options
We offer a variety of septic systems to suit your property’s unique needs.
Conventional Gravity Systems with Leaching Chambers
These systems are the most common and cost-effective solution for homes and small businesses. These are durable, fast to install, and proven to work in Panhandle soil conditions.
- These systems use a septic tank and gravity to move wastewater to a drainfield.
- Modern leaching chambers replace traditional rock-and-pipe drainfields.
Aerobic Treatment Units (ATUs)
ATUs are required in areas with poor soil, small lots, or close proximity to water. They do need more maintenance than conventional systems, but are ideal for these conditions and will save you money and time in the long run.
An ATU is an advanced system that treats wastewater with oxygen for higher-quality effluent. Its dispersal methods include:
- Spray Irrigation – treated water sprayed over a designated area.
- Drip Irrigation – a tubing system delivers water underground directly to the soil.
Flow Equalization Systems
These septic systems are Ideal for multi-structure properties, RV hookups, businesses, and homes with fluctuating use. They improve system efficiency and extend overall lifespan.
- They are designed to manage high or variable wastewater flows.
- Flow equalization systems store wastewater during peak usage and release it evenly over time.
- These systems prevent overloading of the drainfield or treatment unit.
